Well here we are again with a flat report. Prices are moving up, but everything else is staying flat just like the Economy. I can not say this enough, as it is now the root cause of our housing market. The Economy is flat, and the Administration is doing nothing that makes sense to improve it. I think they are so busy at this point in trying to dodge all the scandal bullets, they do not have time for much else. It is the Big cover-up going on. If Obama would fast track the Keystone pipeline it would create a lot of short term jobs and later a number of permanent jobs. But the big point for me is the availability of Oil for our use, if needed. Is it possible we could drive down oil prices? Just think, if you could pay.50 cents to one dollar a gallon less, how much money per month would that put back in your pocket? For me that is $75-$100 a month.

It is still a good time to buy as prices look like they are moving up slowly but interest rates for the moment are at 4.25%.
