Tucson MLS Statistics October 2014
The Statistics all came out the day I had my knee replaced at the VA. Over all, a good experience except for a couple of items.  Looks to me like we had another month of just sliding through the month. Nothing major except a higher number of homes selling over $500,000 which will skew the Average Sales price.

The election is almost over except for House CD2 and I hope in January we start seeing some meaningful legislation coming out of Congress. Then we will see which side of the bread gets buttered.
