Application fees must be paid prior to applications being processed. Application fees may be paid online by credit card or using your checking account (ACH), or in person by money order, cashiers check, or cash (no personal checks).
Some of our basic criteria to rent a home through Ability Realty are:
Credit Score of 625+
Verifiable income 3X the rental amount
Positive rental history verification
Acceptable criminal background verification
No smoking of any kind on the property, including vaping
